I’m not sure how many truly important regular season games the Milwaukee Bucks have had over the past 20 years or so, but there’s a strong case to be made that none have been more important than this one.
On Thursday night, in the Bucks’ 50th game of the season, they’ll head to Canada holding the Eastern Conference lead, and with an opportunity to extend that advantage over the rival Toronto Raptors.
A win for the Bucks would leave them in prime position to go on and claim the East’s top spot, thanks to a wider lead and ownership of any potential playoff tiebreaker.
