A very uncommon occurrence under Mike Budenholzer’s regime took place last week prior to the suspension of the NBA season; the Milwaukee Bucks lost three consecutive games. Aside from the playoffs, it’s something that didn’t occur a single time last season.
The recent stretch of the schedule certainly wasn’t kind to Milwaukee. Beginning March 1, the Bucks played six games in nine days. Five of those games came on the road, including two back-to-backs.
As if that wasn’t challenging enough, the Bucks had to do it while navigating injuries to key players. And with that being said, it may not be all that surprising to see Milwaukee enduring their first losing streak of the season.
