As we continue our individual season previews heading into the Milwaukee Bucks’ 2019-20 season, the focus shifts to taking a closer look at sophomore guard Donte DiVincenzo.
It was quite the bitter introduction to the NBA for DiVincenzo after the Bucks ended up selecting him with the 17th overall pick in the 2018 NBA Draft. That wasn’t related to his play on the court, though, as DiVincenzo got some early run in the season and displayed some promising flashes, along with some of the typical rookie struggles.
Instead, it speaks more to the injury struggles the Big Ragu endured for much of the year that ultimately prevented him from playing even a limited role in the Bucks’ glowing success throughout the campaign.
