Basketball is a team sport, and as a result the greatest moments in the history of the Milwaukee Bucks, or indeed any team, often come behind outstanding team performances where an entire roster pulls together to achieve their common goal.
Take the Bucks championship success in 1971 as the perfect example, it was a team filled with great individuals, yet there success came as a unit. Milwaukee didn’t just lean on Kareem Abdul-Jabbar or Oscar Robertson, as Bob Dandridge and Jon McGlocklin were equally capable of stepping up to help the team win.
