All signs point to Michael Carter-Williams being the Bucks’ long-term answer at the point guard position, even if he needs a season or so to really adjust to new teammates and a refined role as a distributor. Less clear, however, is just who is best-served as his primary backup. Jerryd ‘Don’t Call Me Jared’ Bayless is usually the first man off the bench at the one, but his scoring and distributing has imploded ever since its peak just before the All-Star Break.
Tyler Ennis, only 19 years old, sees sporadic minutes and has looked decent for a rookie in them, with the ability to make good passes and hit jump shots.
