John Henson and the Milwaukee Bucks have agreed upon a four-year, $44 million contract extension.
The deal could increase to $48 million if Henson reaches incentive clauses.
The deal also includes a signing bonus and front-loaded payments.
Henson would have become a restricted free agent in 2016.
Henson, 24, averaged seven points, 4.7 rebounds and two blocks for Milwaukee a season ago.
