Jimmy Butler's shoes a tribute to MU

Chicago Bulls forward Jimmy Butler made quite the fashion statement Tuesday night in his team's 106-101 loss to the Milwaukee Bucks at the BMO Harris Bradley Center.

Instead of wearing shoes that matched the red, black and white of his uniform, he sported a pair of navy and gold Air Jordans complete with a Golden Eagle on each side in a nod to his alma mater, Marquette University.

Butler picked up the shoes earlier in the day, when he stopped over at the Al McGuire Center to spend some time with coach Steve Wojciechowski and Golden Eagles players.
