St. Francis — Henry Ellenson is still 19 years old, with just one year of college basketball experience at Marquette to take into the pros.
The 6-foot-11 Rice Lake native is confident enough to believe he can help an NBA team right away, which might seem an unrealistic goal.
But Milwaukee Bucks director of scouting Billy McKinney likes that attitude. He praised Ellenson after the big man shot the ball well during a solo workout in front of Bucks officials Tuesday at the Cousins Center.
"I think it's great when a player comes out of college and says he wants to play," McKinney said.
