St. Francis — He's not short on ability or confidence.
University of Wisconsin-Green Bay senior Keifer Sykes is short only in stature, and he's not going to let that stop him from chasing his goal of playing in the NBA.
Sykes, who measured 5-foot-11¾ in shoes at the draft combine in May, worked out for the Milwaukee Bucks on Thursday at the team's training center.
"I'll always be undersized; I'll always be underrated," said Sykes, the two-time Horizon League Player of the Year. "That's followed me all of my life.
"And I've always done one thing and that's produce.
