Oakland, Calif. — Greg Monroe returned from injury as the Milwaukee Bucks met the Golden State Warriors late Friday night.
The 6-foot-11 Monroe had 28 points and 11 rebounds as the Bucks handed the Warriors their only loss of the season last Saturday in Milwaukee. But he missed both games in Los Angeles earlier this week — two Bucks defeats — after suffering a medial collateral ligament sprain at shootaround Tuesday.
"When it happened, we just were happy it was diagnosed as a week," Bucks coach Jason Kidd said in his pregame comments.
