After a quiet opening night of free agency where most teams did very little, if anything, the Bucks have made their first splash of the 2024 NBA offseason by signing free agent guard Delon Wright, and it very much forebodes further moves ahead. As reported by ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski:

Let’s address something really important out front here. If what Woj is reporting as his salary is correct, there are huge implications of this move because it is not a minimum contract and thus must be signed with the taxpayer midlevel exception.
