Bucks rumored to have interest in Chris Copeland

According to a story by Sportando, the Milwaukee Bucks are on a short list of teams that are getting consideration from free agent Chris Copeland. The 6-9 forward has spent three years in the league, one with the New York Knicks and two with the Indiana Pacers.

Copeland, 31, is known for his ability to stretch the floor and knock down shots. Despite a very down year (31 percent shooting), Copeland is a career 37 percent shooter from deep. With the recent departures of Jared Dudley and Ersan Ilyasova, one could have guessed that the team would be on the hunt for another stretch four type, and Jason Kidd said yesterday in an interview with NBA TV that the team may be looking to explore signing a veteran shooter if the situation presented itself.
