Sidney Moncrief remembers the last time the Milwaukee Bucks moved from one arena to another, going across the street from the Milwaukee Arena to the Bradley Center in 1988.
"I would say it was not a good experience for the players," Moncrief recalled. "The MECCA was very cozy. We went from a pretty consistent shooting background to a big, cold place. We no longer had the home-court advantage."
In about two years, the Bucks will make another move, from the BMO Harris Bradley Center to a $550 million, state-of-the-art facility just north of the present building.
