New York — Marc Lasry was not expecting the Milwaukee Bucks to be in this position nearly halfway through the season, ahead of only the struggling Brooklyn Nets and Philadelphia 76ers in the Eastern Conference standings.
Lasry, one of the principal owners of the team, is not happy about it. But he's not panicking, either. He made that clear in a courtside interview before the Bucks lost to the New York Knicks on Sunday night at Madison Square Garden.
Milwaukee brings a 15-24 record into Tuesday night's home game against the Chicago Bulls. Expectations were raised after the team made a league-best jump of 26 games last season, going from 15 victories to a 41-41 record in the first year under coach Jason Kidd.
