Less than four months since his return from an ACL injury, Bucks forward Jabari Parker showed the NBA and its fans – on one of the game’s biggest stages – that he’s doing just fine.
Parker, along with teammate Khris Middleton and Bucks co-owner Marc Lasry, flew to Toronto last weekend to take part in the 2016 NBA All-Star Weekend. The 20-year-old Parker went up against a collection of the most promising young players in the league in the BBVA Compass Rising Stars Challenge Friday night.
And he did not disappoint.
Amid a flurry of high-flying dunks, including a closing statement slam on a potential Rookie of the Year candidate, Parker started for Team USA and finished the game with 12 points and five assists on 6-for-10 shooting in 24 minutes of action.
