St. Francis — Greg Monroe is not the excitable type.
So the Milwaukee Bucks center is not too flustered about his recent role as a reserve rather than a starter in coach Jason Kidd's lineup.
And he shrugs about all the trade rumors that circulated about him at the league deadline earlier this month.
It could be unsettling for a 25-year-old who signed a three-year, $50 million deal with the Bucks during the past off-season. But his contributions have remained steady and he figures that's the bottom line.
"My minutes haven't changed; my numbers are basically the same since the change," Monroe said after practice Friday at the Cousins Center.
