The Milwaukee Bucks have assigned rookie guard Rashad Vaughn to the NBA Development League's Canton Charge.
Vaughn, the Bucks' first-round pick, has appeared in 61 games this season, averaging 2.4 points and 1.1 rebounds over 12.0 minutes per game. The move was made to give the rookie an opportunity to play more minutes. The Charge is visiting the Sioux Falls Skyforce for back-to-back games Friday and Saturday.
"No better point, no better time to get him some more playing time," head coach Jason Kidd said. "We felt at this point we wanted to get him some minutes and see how he responds going to the D-League.
