The reality of the Milwaukee Bucks playing in a new arena may still be years away, but a deal outlining how the Bucks, the state, the county and the city will pay for it could be sealed by the end of the week.
That was the big (and yes, exciting!) headline after Tuesday's latest summit meetings in Madison, with stakeholders sharing optimism that the broad parameters of a deal would come into focus by Friday's deadline for inclusion in the state budget.
