It was quiet with the Brewers for most of the weekend. Two rough games from the Brewers with not much new news coming out made for a very unenjoyable Friday and Saturday. However, the Brewers made sure to make it a much more interesting Sunday. Not only did they blow out the Braves 7-0, but they also made a waiver claim, adding catcher Stephen Vogt to the roster. As a corresponding roster move, they sent Jett Bandy and Lewis Brinson down, which means that Ryan Braun will likely be back on Tuesday. It’s also possible that Jonathan Villar will be back as well, but another roster move will be needed to reactivate him.
