Wily Peralta got a nice dose of run support last night before the first inning was finished. After scoring a total of five runs in the first inning through the first month of the season, the Brewers matched that with five in the first inning of last night's game. Scooter Gennett and Adam Lind each hit two-run home runs, and Martin Maldonado tacked on an RBI as well. It was more than enough for Peralta, who pitched eight innings and allowed three runs (two earned) on seven hits and no walks with six strikeouts.
