We’re now just over a month into the minor league season, enough of a sample size at this point to take stock of the performance of the Brewers top prospects thus far. Let’s take a look at the performance of Milwaukee’s top 30 prospects this season.
1. Jackson Chourio (OF, Age 20, MLB)
Chourio got off to a strong start before a period of struggle. He’s now bounced back a bit, hitting .316/.350/.316 with six hits and two steals in his last seven games. Still 20 for all of this season, some growing pains were expected, especially when it comes to plate discipline (35 strikeouts and seven walks in 113 at-bats this season).
