The whole team came together for a dominant performance on Friday night. Robert Gasser was stellar in his big league debut, and the Brewers offense provided plenty of run support. All of it added up to an 11-2 win over the Cardinals.
Gasser came out strong and never slowed down in his start tonight. He pitched six scoreless innings, allowing just three baserunners total. Two of those were hits, and the third was a hit by pitch. He also struck out four in the start. He needed just 79 pitches to get through those six innings as well, with 55 of them strikes.
