Rhys Hoskins voted winner for two awards in MLB Players Choice Awards

On Saturday, the MLB Players Association released the winners of their Players Choice awards. One Brewer was named as the winner for two different awards. Rhys Hoskins was named the Marvin Miller Man of the Year, as well as the Philanthropist of the Year.

The Marvin Miller Man of the Year award goes to the player “whose leadership most inspires others to higher levels of achievement”. In receiving this year’s award, Hoskins was mentioned for his work with the Muscular Dystrophy Association, as well as becoming the Brewers’ player representative this season. For winning this award, Hoskins will receive a grant for $25,000 to the charity of his choice.
