It turns out Zach Davies and Trent Grisham won’t be the only 2019 Milwaukee Brewers joining the 2020 San Diego Padres.
Drew Pomeranz, who the Brewers traded Mauricio Dubon to acquire at this year’s trade deadline (along with Ray Black), is headed back to San Diego on a multiyear deal, according to multiple reports.
When completed, left-handed reliever Drew Pomeranz’s deal with the San Diego Padres is expected to be for three years, sources tell ESPN.

We don’t know yet how much Pomeranz’s deal will be worth, but the multiyear commitment likely means it’s fairly significant.
