Pina exits game with apparent injury

ST. LOUIS -- Brewers catcher Manny Pina left Tuesday's game against the Cardinals in the top of the seventh inning with an undisclosed injury.

Pina was on first base after walking. A couple of pitches later, Brewers manager Craig Counsell ran onto the field with a trainer to talk to Pina, who then limped off on his own power.
