Tod Johnson and the Milwaukee Brewers waited until round nine of this year’s MLB Draft to select a high school player, and with the 283rd overall pick they have chosen catcher Darrien Miller out of Clovis High School in California. He hits left-handed and helped his high school squad to a Central Section Division I title in 2019.
