The Milwaukee Brewers have reportedly signed 10 International Free Agents, including MLB Pipeline’s 13th-best International Free Agent.
The highlight of the signings is outfielder Luis Medina. MLB’s Jesse Sanchez reports that Medina signed for $1.3 million earlier today. According to MLB Pipeline, Medina’s standout tool is his above average power. At 16 years old, he stands at 6’2” and just under 170 lbs. As he continues to grow and develop, Medina will lose some speed, which is his weakest tool, but he should still be an average defender and strong hitter.
Additionally, the Brewers signed:
- OF, Hedbert Perez
- SS, Jheremy Vargas
- SS, Jose Caballero
- SS, Arnys Rodriguez
- C, Jesus Garcia
- OF, Diego Larez
- OF, Deivid Alvis
- SS, Beyker Pastran
- SS, Jose Gonzalez,
- C, Jeferson Quero
Milwaukee has $5,939,800 for International Free Agency.
