The Brewers open up a four-game series in Colorado starting tonight. Before that begins, though, they announced a roster move as well as their rotation for the weekend series.
First, the bullpen got a boost yesterday with the return of Corey Knebel. It will get another boost this weekend, as Boone Logan will finally make his Brewers debut.
Acquired in the offseason on a one-year deal, Boone Logan went down in spring training with a triceps strain that kept him out for the start of the season. He made six rehab appearances between Biloxi and Colorado Springs, allowing three runs in four innings of work, with three hits, four walks, and three strikeouts.
