San Antonio Missions (36-21) vs. Omaha Storm Chasers (26-31)
The Milwaukee Brewers Triple-A affiliates picked up the 8-3 victory over the Storm Chasers today and split the series 2-2.
Led by Cory Spangenberg’s three hits, it was the David Freitas, Troy Stokes Jr., and Jake Hager show as they combined to drive in six runs. Spangenberg drove in a run as well. Nate Orf scored three times in the contest.
Thomas Jankins got his fourth win of the season. However the bullpen combo of Alex Wilson, Deolis Guerra, Jay Jackson, and Jake Petricka were electric with four innings, giving up just one run and three hits.
