It was a barn burner of a game tonight in San Antonio, as the Missions walked off the Baby Cakes in the bottom of the 10th, 1-0.
Jake Hager was the offensive star tonight, hitting a walk off single in extras with no outs to score Cory Spangenberg.
While the offense only had six hits, the pitching was great. Aaron Wilkerson got the team started right, going five innings of shutout baseball in his rehab outing as he recovers from a bruised left foot. Jon Olczak, Tristen Archer, Jacob Barnes, and Alex Wilson pitched another five innings of shutout baseball to get the win.
