The Biloxi Shuckers have done it! Although they had almost every excuse in the world to struggle out of the gates, the Shuckers have clinched the Southern League South title in grand fashion, winning Sunday night’s game 9-0 to lock down a playoff spot. Here is a look at their great week and what is to come this week.

This past week battling some of the best competition in the Southern League, the Shuckers went five and two, including two dominating victories against the Mississippi Braves during the weekend. This upcoming week the Shuckers finish their series with the Braves on Monday before taking on the Montgomery Biscuits in a five game match-up to finish the week.
