Currently, Corey Ray is the number six prospect in the Milwaukee Brewers organization. This comes after sitting second last year, behind the since departed Lewis Brinson. Poor performances, with some injuries sprinkled in there, for two seasons after being a first round pick have hindered Ray’s standing just a little bit.
Despite the low numbers, Ray has moved up to Double A, Biloxi, for the 2018 season. So far, the move is going very well. It is not surprising to see by any means either. The 23 year old outfielder is a very good hitter, who fell on some injured times.
