Keston Hiura almost definitely won’t win this year’s NL Rookie of the Year award, but he’s at least starting to earn some national attention, even though he’s only played in 37 games.
Hiura was named the National League’s Player of the Week today:
Laureano: .542/.577/1.042
@Kestdaddy: .517/.548/.966
That will earn you Player of the Week honors.
