Baseball Prospectus released its top-101 prospects list this morning, and just one Milwaukee Brewers farmhand made the cut. Although, that player landed in the top 10.
According to BP, Keston Hiura is baseball’s 6th best prospect. The prized second baseman continues to shoot up lists after spectacular performances in his first two seasons.
For those of you not aware, likely due to an effort to just ignore his existence or refusal to learn anyone in the farm system’s name for fear of further disappointment, Hiura is an already renowned hitter. Many scouts label his swing as one of the best in all of the minors and MLB ready.
