Jeremy Jeffress’ spring debut was delayed due to a sore shoulder, and after some confusion earlier in the day, it was confirmed that Jeffress would make his debut with the Cactus Crew today.
That outing didn’t last long, as he was pulled from the game after just three pitches.
Jeffress tried to talk his way into finishing the inning, but Craig Counsell & Co. weren’t going to take any chances in spring training and took him off the mound when something didn’t seem right.
