St. Louis —When Will Smith and Corey Knebel went down with injuries near the end of spring training, there seemed to be potential for some late-inning chaos in the Milwaukee Brewers' bullpen.
Through the first week of the season, however, it has been business as usual at the end of games.
"The guys have done a great job," bullpen coach Lee Tunnell said. "They go out there and just get the ball to the next guy."
The guy getting it at the end has been Jeremy Jeffress, originally expected to share closing duties with Smith.
