ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (AP) — Two New Jersey high school baseball teams are set to face off again, four weeks after a game between them ended with a lopsided 52-3 score.
Buena coach Harry Grose told NJ.com (http://bit.ly/1Q33zi5 ) that he's worried about the rematch Thursday between his defending state-champion team and Pleasantville in Atlantic City.
He says he is bringing a lot of junior varsity players to quickly make changes, but his JV players scored 20 runs in the third inning of the first game.
Pleasantville's coach, Erick McAllister, told the Press of Atlantic City after the loss that his team never quit and that the Buena players were gentlemen in the win.
