The Brewers will have a pair of All-Star starters for the first time since 2014, as William Contreras and Christian Yelich were both selected after two rounds of voting.

Contreras beat out J.T. Realmuto for the start at catcher with 63% of the vote, while Yelich led all NL outfielders in the final round with 22% of the vote, beating out Jurickson Profar (20%), Fernando Tatis Jr. (16%), Teoscar Hernandez (15%), Brandon Marsh (14%), and Nick Castellanos (13%).

Contreras has been in MVP form for much of the season, hitting .292/.353/.445 (124 OPS+) with 10 homers, 51 RBIs, 59 runs, and five steals across 83 games.
