The Milwaukee Brewers needed some offensive help and depth on the infield dirt, and they found that yesterday by trading for Eduardo Escobar of the Diamondbacks. But don’t expect the Brewers to be done before tomorrow’s trading deadline. According to reports, the attention of David Stearns, Matt Arnold, and the rest of Milwaukee’s front office has turned to finding an upgrade in the bullpen.

In a broad sense, the Brewers have gotten strong production from their relief corps this year.
