The Milwaukee Brewers continue to put together solid showings revolving around stacking hits and a deep lineup. Their performance was unraveled once again, though, by another dominant performance from Brenton Doyle, who has quickly become the villain for the Brewers in this series.
Although Milwaukee only had one extra-base hit through the first seven innings, they had nine hits and three walks to persistently create traffic against the Colorado Rockies. They capitalized on some small opportunities, but left others on the table to miss out on more confident leads.
