The Brewers’ intrasquad scrimmages are going to take on a bit more of a competitive edge this week, as the team gets closer to its scheduled Opening Day at Wrigley Field next week.
The team has announced a 7-game series — the “Blue-Gold World Series” — this week, with two squads picked by captains Omar Narvaez and Avisail Garcia.
