Brewers' poor play in home stand irks Ron Roenicke more than record

St. Louis — It wasn't so much that the Milwaukee Brewers won only one game on their opening home stand. It was more the fact that they played so poorly in the five losses.

Manager Ron Roenickeoften has said he can accept defeat if his squad plays a good game to arrive at that result.

"I think when it's early I don't worry as much about what's going on (with wins and losses) as worrying about just playing good baseball," Roenicke said.
