Cincinnati — If anyone had a right to be disappointed about being sent back to the minor leagues, it was Tyler Cravy.
With Wily Peralta on the disabled list with an oblique strain, the 25-year-old right-hander was summoned by the Milwaukee Brewers to start June 2 in St. Louis against the best team in baseball. Cravy responded by limiting the Cardinals to four hits and one run in seven innings, though the Brewers lost, 2-1.
Yet, when Cravy was sent back down to Class AAA Colorado Springs after the game to make room for outfielder Shane Peterson on the roster, he didn't complain or feel slighted.
