Triple-A Nashville
The Sounds took four of six against the Gwinnett Stripers (68-70 overall, 33-30 second half) to improve to 73-63 overall and 35-26 in the second half, 4.5 games behind Columbus for the International League West lead.
Chris Roller led the Sounds with three homers and six RBIs this week, while Wes Clarke slugged a pair of homers. Vinny Capra led the team with eight hits and Isaac Collins picked up seven hits in just four games before being promoted for his MLB debut on Sunday.
