Well, Brewers fan, that wasn’t the ending we wanted to see. After three-consecutive shutout victories against the Chicago Cubs, the Milwaukee Brewers were beaten out of the Windy City in an 8-4 loss.
Our hero Junior Guerra carries most of the blame for dropping the second game of this two-game series. The 2018 Brewers ace allowed six earned runs in just 3.2 innings.
Milwaukee’s defense didn’t do much to help. The defense missed multiple diving plays, Eric Thames was charged with an error at first, and Guerra even threw two wild pitches to help the team get behind early.
