MILWAUKEE -- The Brewers signed former Indians left-hander Nick Hagadone to a Minor League contract that includes an invitation to Major League Spring Training camp, according to a Tweet from the club's player development department.
Hagadone, 29, pitched out of Cleveland's bullpen in each of the past five seasons, but he underwent surgery in July for a fractured elbow and was expected to be sidelined 6-9 months. Hagadone became a free agent earlier this month after being non-tendered.
