Brewers drop series finale, are swept by Phillies with 2-0 loss

Box Score

The Phillies completed their sweep over the Brewers on Wednesday afternoon, as Milwaukee lost 2-0 to finish the series with just two runs scored compared to seven runs for the Phillies in a pitching-heavy three-game set.

In just his second start of the season, Aaron Ashby pitched about as well as could be expected. He got off to an inauspicious start, allowing a single and a walk to Kyle Schwarber and Bryce Harper to put runners at first and second with one out. He induced a flyout from Alec Bohm before striking out Bryson Stott to get out of the inning unscathed.
