The Brewers have typically avoided arbitration hearings in the past, and that remains true this year.
The team is announcing that it’s reached deals with the six remaining players they had that were arbitration-eligible: Junior Guerra, Corey Knebel, Zach Davies, Travis Shaw, Alex Claudio and Manny Pina.
The following players have agreed to 1-year contracts, avoiding arbitration: C Manny Piña (w/club option for 2020), INF Travis Shaw, LHP Alex Claudio, RHP Zach Davies, RHP Junior Guerra and RHP Corey Knebel. pic.
