Braves 2, Brewers 1

Atlanta –Despite resting his hottest hitter and putting together a batting order chocked with fill-ins and slumping hitters, Milwaukee Brewers manager Craig Counsell said Sunday morning, "I like the lineup we're using today."

The guy who really liked it was Atlanta rookie right-hander Mike Foltynewicz, who dominated the Brewers for 7 2/3 innings, allowing only three hits and one run while striking out seven.

The result was a 2-1 victory for the Braves at Turner Field that allowed them to take three of four in the series and send the Brewers home with a 4-6 record on the three-city trip, 13 games below .
