The Brewers put together one of their most convincing offensive performances of the season in a 10-6 win over the Chicago Cubs.
The offense accrued 10 runs with contributions up and down the lineup as four different hitters had multi-hit games. The fireworks kicked off early with Christian Yelich blasting a two-run home run in the bottom of the first inning. It was led by Joey Ortiz hitting a double, which was part of his 2-for-3 performance as he made his first start in the leadoff spot.
